Running down the Niagara Glen was a nice way to change up my running/workouts. Trail running is a different kind of beast. I’m not used to this type of running and it showed on the way back up the cliff, out of breath and having to take many breaks. I need to make this a regular part of my work outs this autumn. I had a great morning running down to the river and then back up to the Niagara Botanical Gardens. I’m lucky to live near such natural beauty.
